4. Strategy Consultations & Discovery Calls

Discovery sessions scheduled through Calendly are complimentary strategy sessions intended for active service business founders, executives, and agency owners.

• Scheduling Courtesy: We ask that you provide at least 24 hours of advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed appointment.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings that do not align with our advisory domain or where inaccurate intake information has been supplied.

5. Formal Client Agreements & Money-Back Guarantee

These website Terms of Service govern your digital interaction with the website and online tools.

When you formally engage in a paid 1-on-1 advisory or coaching program, the scope of work, milestone deliverables, investment fees, and specific terms of our Money-Back Guarantee will be governed by a separate, formal written Client Coaching Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions of the signed Client Coaching Agreement shall take precedence.
